Products & Services

ISO Checklist provides digital document downloads including checklists, templates, procedures, quality manuals, and related ISO management system documentation. All products are delivered electronically as digital downloads immediately upon purchase.

As our products are digital downloads, they are generally non-refundable. However, we offer a generous refund policy — please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, and content sold through ISO Checklist are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a licence to use the documents — ownership of the intellectual property remains with ISO Checklist.

You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or claim authorship of any documents purchased from us. The documents are licensed solely for use within the purchasing organisation.

Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Licence

When you purchase documents from ISO Checklist, you receive a single-organisation licence. This means:

• The documents may be used by any number of employees within the purchasing organisation.
• You may use the documents across multiple sites within your organisation.
• You may customise and adapt the documents to suit your organisation's specific needs.
• The licence does not extend to parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated organisations — each requires a separate licence.
• You may not share, resell, or distribute the documents to individuals or organisations outside your own.

Limitation of Liability

Our documents are provided as templates and guidance to assist with ISO management system implementation. They do not constitute professional consultancy advice. ISO Checklist shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

While we strive to ensure our documents are accurate and up to date with current ISO standards, we recommend that organisations seek professional advice for their specific certification requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
