What format are the documents delivered in?

All templates and document kits are delivered as a ZIP of editable Microsoft Word and Excel files (complete kits also include PowerPoint training decks). You can open them in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, LibreOffice or any compatible office suite. Once downloaded, you have full control to customise content, add your logo, and adjust formatting to match your organisation's branding and style guidelines.

Will these templates guarantee certification?

No template can guarantee certification. Our documents are organised around the requirements of each ISO standard, and every product page lists exactly which files you receive. Certification depends on how well you implement and maintain the management system in practice. The templates provide the documentation foundation, but you will also need to demonstrate that processes are being followed and that records are maintained.

Can I use the templates for more than one site or business?

Each purchase is licensed for use within a single organisation. If you operate multiple sites under the same legal entity, you may use the templates across all of those sites. For separate legal entities or franchise operations, a separate licence is required for each organisation.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products. If our templates do not meet your expectations for any reason, contact us within 90 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Do I need a consultant to use these templates?
